As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our growing and dynamic team. This is a hands-on role supporting our back-of-house and warehouse operations to ensure the smooth distribution of products to our valued customers across Australia and New Zealand. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and adapt are essential for success in this role. We are a friendly, family-run business with a strong team culture and a genuine commitment to supporting one another. About the Role: No experience required – full training provided. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our growing and dynamic team. This is a hands-on role supporting our back-of-house and warehouse operations to ensure the smooth distribution of products to our valued customers across Australia and New Zealand. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and adapt are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: · Assist with daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching orders · Pick and pack online and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently · Sort, move, and palletise stock, including assisting with unloading inbound deliveries and containers · Maintain accurate inventory handling and stock organisation · Support cross-functional operations across warehouse, customer service, and sales teams as required · Liaise with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods · Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment · Follow all workplace health and safety (WHS/OHS) procedures · Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor Skills and Attributes: · Strong attention to detail and accuracy · Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn · Reliable, punctual, and a team player · Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and lifting · Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment · Adaptable and open to taking on a variety of tasks · Previous warehouse or operations experience is advantageous but not required What we Offer: - Excellent opportunity to grow your career within a wholesale and warehouse division and expand your network. - Hands-on exposure to the full garment lifecycle in a wholesale fashion brand. - Supportive team environment with mentoring from experienced technicians. - Be part of a well-established Australian fashion business.
