Working closely with Project Managers, Technical Leads, technicians, suppliers and customers, you will help ensure that information, documentation and project activities stay aligned from project start to final handover. Beyond supporting individual projects, you will also contribute to the continued development of the tools, systems and work processes that support project delivery across the Nordic organisation. You will become part of a growing Nordic project organisation where people contribute, share ideas and help improve the way we work. Your responsibilities - Prepare, maintain and manage project, commissioning and handover documentation. - Support planning, reporting and follow-up of project and commissioning activities. - Review technical documentation, drawings and engineering deliverables. - Coordinate documentation and information flows between customers, suppliers and project teams. - Track project actions, deliverables and deadlines and ensure timely follow-up. - Support commissioning teams with documentation, reporting and test records. - Maintain project information within project and business management systems. - Support the implementation and ongoing development of project tools, systems, templates and work processes. - Help improve documentation standards, reporting structures and ways of working across the Nordic project organisation. - Contribute to continuous improvements across projects and the wider project organisation. Who are you? You take pride in being organised, reliable and one step ahead. You understand the value of good planning, accurate information and consistent follow-up. Documentation, coordination and project support are not administrative tasks to you. They are part of what makes successful project delivery possible. You are comfortable working with technical information, engineering drawings, project documentation and digital systems. When challenges arise, you stay focused and find a way forward. You are comfortable asking questions when needed, working across different disciplines and supporting colleagues wherever you can add value. You enjoy seeing projects move from plan to reality. Knowing that commitments are met, milestones are achieved and project teams have the information they need gives you real satisfaction. We imagine that you: - Have a technical, engineering or project-related background. - Have experience from project support, project coordination, engineering or a similar role. - Are comfortable working with technical documentation, drawings and project-related information. - Have strong digital skills and experience working with project, reporting, documentation or business management systems. - Communicate well in English. Experience from datacenter projects, HVAC, cooling systems, industrial projects or related technical environments will be an advantage, but is not required.
