This customer-focused role involves handling enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and serving customers both over the phone and at the trade counter. The position also supports branch operations through picking and packing orders, stock handling, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will be a positive and professional team player who takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Previous experience in the electrical wholesale industry is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. About You - Proven knowledge of products & experience in sales within electrical wholesale industry is preferred but not essential. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Excellent attention to detail. - Good literacy and numeracy skills. - Proficient with Outlook. About the Role - Hours: Monday to Friday [07:00 – 17:00 (45 hours per week) - Competitive salary and 23 days holiday entitlement. - Career progression.
