The role requires strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities - Identify and approach potential customers through calls, field visits, referrals, and other sales channels. - Promote and explain the company’s products and services to prospective customers. - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing customers. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. - Generate leads and convert prospects into successful business opportunities. - Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and prospective clients. - Achieve assigned individual monthly sales targets. - Collect and verify required customer information and supporting documents. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely processing of customer applications. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, applications, and follow-ups. - Handle customer queries and provide professional assistance throughout the application process. - Submit regular sales and activity reports to the Team Leader or Sales Manager. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable requirements. - Maintain professional conduct and represent the company positively when dealing with customers. Who We Are Looking For - Freshers are welcome to apply. - Candidates with up to 6 months of sales experience are also encouraged to apply. - Candidates with prior experience in credit card, banking, financial services, telecom, retail, or direct sales will be an advantage. - Comfortable with a target-driven and commission-based earning structure . - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Energetic, confident, persistent, and comfortable approaching new customers. - Strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets . - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field environment. - A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow in sales. Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
