Waitress - with F&B and Hospitality Experience
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) and hospitality industry , with a strong understanding of customer service and restaurant/café operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service while ensuring an excellent guest experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Communicate orders clearly with the kitchen and service team. Serve food and beverages according to company standards. Recommend menu items and additional products when appropriate. Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the dining and service areas. Respond professionally to guest requests, questions, and concerns. Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations. Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to the Manager when necessary. Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and service procedures. Requirements Previous experience in F&B, restaurants, cafés, hotels, or hospitality is required. Good English communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Pleasant, professional, and service-oriented personality. Well-groomed and presentable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage. Applicants currently residing in Morocco and the Philippines (their home countries), are encouraged to apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Qatar. Preferred Qualifications Experience in specialty coffee, cafés, restaurants, hotels, or other F&B establishments. International hospitality experience is an advantage. Candidates with strong guest-service skills and a positive attitude are preferred.
