Key Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide professional Lebanese hospitality. Understand and confidently explain the restaurant's Lebanese dishes, mezze, grills, seafood, desserts, beverages, and shisha . Recommend dishes according to guest preferences and explain ingredients when requested. Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately. Serve food and beverages professionally and according to restaurant standards. Follow proper Lebanese dining service, including appropriate presentation and clearing of mezze and main courses. Maintain clean, organized, and properly prepared tables. Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate any issues to the Captain Waiter or Manager. Promote suitable dishes, beverages, desserts, and other restaurant offerings. Maintain personal grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance. Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service procedures. Support the team during busy periods and ensure a smooth guest experience. Requirements Previous waiter experience preferred, particularly in Lebanese or Arabic restaurants. Good knowledge or strong interest in Lebanese cuisine. Good Arabic and English communication Friendly, energetic, attentive, and customer-focused. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Core Objective Provide warm Lebanese hospitality, knowledgeable service, and a memorable dining experience while supporting guest satisfaction and restaurant sales. Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
