JD - W2 IT Recruiter Job description: We are hiring for US IT Recruiter / US Technical Recruiter/ W2 Recruiter (US Staffing) with min 8+ years of exp in - (US Shift) Hands-on experience in end-to-end w2 recruitment process across various IT Technologies. Hands-on experience with W2, & Full time is a must. Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EAD's, & TN Visa Holders on all the tax terms (W2, 1099 ) Experience in using recruiting portals like Dice, LinkedIn. Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates. Experience working with Applicant tracking tools. Willing to work in US timings/Night Shift (EST/CST/PST time zone)Bench Sales.Previous experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter, Job Search Specialist, or Candidate Marketing Specialist.Experience with the US job market is required.Strong LinkedIn search and networking skills.Good written and verbal English communication.Ability to understand job descriptions and accurately match them with candidate profiles.Strong recruiter and hiring-manager outreach skills.Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and provide measurable resultsAbility to focus on relevant opportunities instead of random mass applications.
