Polaris supports client and integration management, normalized marketing data, reporting, measurement, forecasting, optimization, anomaly detection, and client insights through internal and client-facing products. This leader is accountable for engineering strategy, people, architecture, delivery, quality, reliability, security, and financial stewardship. The role sits on the Product Development Leadership team and partners closely with Product, UX, Data Science, Security, Finance, agency leaders, clients, and technology vendors. It requires executive judgment and strong technical depth. The VP must be able to lead through managers and senior engineers while remaining capable of stepping into architecture decisions, critical incidents, and unfamiliar technical problems when the business needs it. You will scale the engineering organization, its leadership structure, and its development practices as Polaris grows in scope and complexity, as well as continue to push adoption of AI across software development and build the shared platform capabilities, tooling, and infrastructure that allow teams to ship faster while maintaining high standards for quality, reliability, and security. The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $230,000 - $285,000, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote , pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above). *This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions
