Job Summary

As VP, Digital, you’ll set technology direction and lead digital strategy, architecture, and delivery across the organization. You’ll guide executive-level teams and connect business priorities with secure, reliable digital platforms. Your impact: By aligning technology investments with business needs, you help teams deliver useful digital services and give customers and employees dependable tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology management, budgeting, vendor management, and IT governance; use data-driven decision making, analysis, and risk management to guide priorities.
• Oversee software development, application development, SDLC (software development life cycle), Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous delivery), APIs (application programming interfaces), and enterprise solutions implementation.
• Direct technical architecture, system design, cloud infrastructure, cloud computing, virtualization, IT infrastructure, network infrastructure, computer networking, system administration, server management, and help desk operations.
• Strengthen information and network security, PCI (Payment Card Industry) requirements, NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) standards, change management, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery.
• Manage cross-functional teams and technical project and program managers; communicate with senior leadership and coordinate project management across technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership and technology team management experience, including managing software development and architecture or engineering teams.
• Project management experience in technology, strategic management, technical project management, cross-functional communication, negotiation, and clear communication skills.
• Technical proficiency across AWS, Azure, VPN, MPLS, WAN, DNS, firewall, VoIP, SAN, Linux, vSphere, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Familiarity with Java, C#,.NET, JavaScript, Angular, React, React Express, Node.js, PHP, Python, HTML, CSS, SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, data warehouses, ETL, machine learning, and AI.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, intellectual property law, and technology risk; experience with network administration and enterprise databases is valued.

Pay: $51,200.00 - $61,700.00 per year
