Samsonite is looking for a passionate, creative and hands-on Visual Merchandiser Europe to shape a compelling and consistent in-store experience across approximately 200 retail stores in 16 European countries. You will translate our brand, product and commercial priorities into inspiring windows, impactful product presentations and practical visual merchandising guidelines that elevate the customer experience and support store performance Your mission - Shape the European VM direction — Develop and execute the annual visual merchandising plan in line with seasonal launches, marketing campaigns, commercial priorities and the European retail calendar. - Create inspiring retail experiences — Develop window concepts, product stories, zoning principles and display layouts that strengthen the Samsonite brand and improve the customer journey. - Turn concepts into clear guidelines — Create practical, visually engaging VM guidelines that can be consistently executed across store formats, clusters and European markets, with relevant local adaptation. - Optimise assortment and space — Collaborate with the Product Merchandising team to analyse assortment and space allocation, ensuring commercially effective product presentation across different store formats. - Coach and support stores — Visit stores in Europe regularly, assess execution, provide hands-on guidance and help local teams raise visual merchandising standards. - Manage partners and budgets — Brief external suppliers, review prototypes and production quality, and deliver solutions that balance creativity, quality, sustainability and cost. - Collaborate across Europe — Act as the central VM contact for Retail Managers and work closely with Store Design, Product and other relevant teams. - Keep improving — Follow retail and design trends, analyse the impact of VM executions on store traffic and product sales, and turn insights and market feedback into scalable improvements and best practices.
