Job Brief : Responsible for creating attractive and commercially effective store displays that reflect the company's brand image, increase customer engagement, and support sales performance. Ensures all stores maintain consistent visual merchandising standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement visual merchandising displays across assigned stores. Ensure store layouts, product displays, mannequins, windows, and promotional areas follow company guidelines. Arrange merchandise according to product category, collection, color, size, and seasonal requirements. Create attractive product presentations that encourage customer purchases. Ensure new collections, promotions, campaigns, and seasonal displays are implemented on time. Set up and maintain window displays, mannequins, feature walls, tables, shelves, and promotional areas. Ensure correct product placement and sufficient stock on display. Coordinate with Store Managers regarding display requirements and store presentation. Conduct regular store visits to monitor visual merchandising standards. Provide recommendations to improve product visibility and sales. Coordinate with the Warehouse and Retail teams regarding merchandise required for displays. Ensure promotional materials, signage, price tags, and brand communication are correctly displayed. Monitor competitor stores and market trends to identify new visual merchandising ideas. Support store openings, renovations, seasonal launches, and special events. Prepare visual merchandising guidelines, layouts, and display instructions when required. Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards and product presentation. Take photographs of store displays and submit reports to management when required. Ensure damaged, outdated, or incorrect display materials are removed or replaced. Maintain proper care of visual merchandising materials, fixtures, mannequins, and display equipment. Work closely with Retail, Marketing, Buying, and Operations teams to ensure brand consistency. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail Management, Design, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion retail. Strong understanding of fashion retail trends and product presentation. Creative and commercially minded with a good eye for color, styling, and presentation. Knowledge of store layouts, window displays, mannequins, and retail fixtures. Ability to work with visual merchandising guidelines and floor plans. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office; design software knowledge is an advantage. Willingness to travel between stores. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and after-hours for store setups when required. Pay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month Work Location: In person
