This role involves coordinating with apparel store management, setting up attractive displays of lehengas and party wear, and engaging with customers to provide product information and samples. Key Responsibilities: Plan and Execute Sampling Events: Organize and manage product sampling events in retail stores. Set Up Displays: Create visually appealing displays to attract customer attention. Engage with Customers: Interact with customers, provide product information, and answer questions. Monitor Inventory: Ensure sufficient stock of sample products and manage inventory levels. Collect Feedback: Gather customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team. Collaborate with Store Management: Work closely with store managers to schedule events and ensure smooth operations. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep sampling areas clean and organized. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in merchandising, Apparel retail, or customer service is preferred. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage with customers, and strong organizational skills. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or related fields is a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds. Additional Skills: Creativity in setting up displays. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Merchandising: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
