Location: Hotter Shoes LTD Skelmersdale, WN8 9PT Role is Hybrid - 3 days a week in the head office Overview Hotter is looking for a Visual Content Specialist to support the scaling of visual content across product, ecommerce, and marketing channels. The role sits within the Creative team and works closely with the [Creative/Digital Manager], using AI-assisted image generation alongside traditional retouching and CGI workflows to produce commercial imagery efficiently and at volume. Key Responsibilities Generate lifestyle and seasonal campaign imagery using AI image-generation tools, ensuring output meets brand and commercial standards. Retouch product photography, refine CGI renders, and carry out background removal and lighting correction. Maintain working knowledge of relevant AI and design tools, evaluating new tools as they become available. Manage a varied workload against agreed production SLAs, keeping the digital asset library organised. Work with Product, eCommerce, and Marketing teams to ensure visual output supports commercial objectives. Skills & Experience Required Demonstrable hands-on experience with AI image-generation tools. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. Excellent attention to detail and visual composition skills. Ability to work efficiently at pace without compromising quality. Genuine interest in emerging AI technology and the ability to learn new software quickly. Desirable Previous eCommerce experience. Background in fashion or footwear styling. Working knowledge of CGI and photography workflows.
