Understand clients' requirements and provide appropriate guidance. Prepare and send visa quotations and follow up with clients. Verify visa-related documents and resolve client queries, if any. Process visa applications accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with embassies and consulates. Handle visa-related documentation. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and relevant authorities. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong client-handling and coordination abilities. Good research and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as a team player. Flexible mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to new AI tools and technologies. Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
