We're looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant who enjoys interacting with patients, has excellent communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, patient-focused attitude
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Medical billing, medical receptionist, or healthcare VA experience preferred
• Insurance verification and claims experience is a plus
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems is an advantage
• Reliable computer and internet connection
• Willingness to use Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $5/hour during the first 90 days $6/hour after 90 days
