We Are Hiring Vinyl Tile Installer ! Are you an experienced Vinyl Tile Installer with strong skills in flooring preparation, installation, and finishing? We are seeking skilled professionals to join our clients' workforce and contribute to high quality flooring projects across commercial and residential environments. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, installing vinyl tile and other flooring materials, and completing finishing works while ensuring every installation is secure, clean, accurate, and completed to a high standard . The ideal candidate can work independently or as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices. Qualifications & Experience : Prior experience as a Flooring Installer, Vinyl Tile Installer, or in a similar flooring trade. Experience removing existing flooring and preparing work surfaces by clearing dust, debris, and other obstructions. Experience applying damp proof membranes, primers, levelling compounds, adhesives, and other flooring preparation materials. Proven ability to install vinyl tile flooring, luxury vinyl tiles, vinyl sheet flooring, linoleum sheet flooring, coved skirtings, carpet tiles, and other flooring materials. Ability to accurately position, secure, and finish flooring materials to achieve a clean and professional result. Ability to inspect completed work and apply appropriate finishing treatments. Ability to assess work sites and determine appropriate flooring solutions in consultation with management or supervisors. Good arithmetic skills and ability to accurately measure flooring areas and materials. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a team. Strong interpersonal, organisational, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills. Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling large, heavy equipment and flooring materials. Commitment to safe work procedures and maintaining a clean and organised work area. Must-Have Requirements: A portfolio or catalogue of completed flooring installations is highly advantageous. With a valid passport. Must either be exempt from the English language test or have passed an English test (IELTS or PTE Academic). Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Must possess a valid driver's licence and be able to drive a four wheeled vehicle.
