Main tasks: Analyze the financial situation of clients and / or prospects and assess which extraordinary financial strategy best fits their needs. Prepare analyses, reports, marketing pitch-books, term sheets and related materials to be delivered to clients and prospects. Prepare credit papers and financing transaction requests. Interact with other key divisions of the Bank along the credit process (Wealth Managers, Risk, Legal Team etc.) Assist in the execution of deals. Document projects and activities through a structured and regular reporting. Document and maintain the knowledge of the financial situation and the needs of the Client, taking into account at the same time financial, professional and personal aspects. . Identify and manage all risks and compliance issues for the client and the bank, based on latest regulation given by competent national and international Authorities as well as the Group.
