Videographer / Video Editor

We're looking for an exceptional Videographer & Video Editor who lives and breathes automotive culture.

This is NOT a marketing or social media management position. We're looking for a creative, technically skilled, production-focused individual who can take ownership of the entire video production process, from concept development and filming to editing and final delivery.

We don't want someone who simply follows instructions or records footage. We want someone who can independently develop exciting video concepts, recognize emerging content trends, and consistently produce high-quality automotive content.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Independently research trends, develop creative video ideas, and plan engaging automotive content.
• Videography: Capture exceptional automotive footage, including cinematic sequences, workshop processes, vehicle transformations, build progress, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Video Editing: Produce highly engaging, professionally edited videos with strong storytelling, pacing, sound design, transitions, and color grading.
• Content Production: Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, as well as long-form YouTube content.
• Automotive Storytelling: Understand our projects and turn technical processes, fabrication work, and vehicle builds into compelling visual stories.
• Creative Ownership: Take responsibility for the complete production workflow, from initial idea to final export.
• Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of current automotive video trends, editing techniques, and creative styles without blindly copying existing content.

Mandatory Requirements

All the following requirements are essential.

• Exceptional videography skills: Strong understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting, movement, framing, and cinematic techniques.
• Exceptional video editing skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent professional editing software.
• Strong involvement in car culture: Must genuinely understand and be passionate about cars, modifications, motorsports, automotive builds, and the wider enthusiast community.
• Creative independence: Must be capable of independently generating original video ideas inspired by current trends and automotive culture.
• Strong storytelling ability: Must understand how to create engaging videos that capture attention and retain viewers.
• Trend awareness: Must actively follow automotive content creators, production styles, and emerging video trends.
• Proven portfolio: Must have an impressive body of work demonstrating both filming and editing capabilities.
• Hands-on attitude: Must be comfortable working in a busy automotive workshop environment and proactively capturing important moments as projects progress.

What We're NOT Looking For

• Digital marketers or marketing strategists.
• Social media managers whose primary experience is posting content, managing accounts, or running advertisements.
• Candidates with only basic filming or editing skills.
• Individuals who need constant direction to develop ideas or produce content.
• Candidates who have no genuine interest or involvement in automotive culture.

We're hiring a content creator and filmmaker, not a marketing department.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Previous experience creating automotive films, build-series videos, or car-related social media content.
• Strong knowledge of automotive cinematography, rolling shots, detail shots, and dynamic filming techniques.
• Advanced skills in color grading, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects.
• Experience producing engaging YouTube build documentaries and cinematic short-form content.
• Ability to identify moments during a vehicle build that could become viral or highly engaging content.
• A distinct creative style and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
