You will film our video content and take photos for our founders and group companies, edit everything using our AI-powered production system, and run our accounts from the posting calendar to the post going live. About us Amin Enterprises is a Dubai-based group of companies working in debt-free, Shariah-compliant real estate development, investment and advisory. Our founders publish podcasts, short-form video and photo content in English and Arabic across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, alongside the accounts of our group companies. How the job works Shoots are booked whenever content is needed and can fall on any day. Whenever you are not shooting, you are editing : turning footage and photos into finished content through our AI editing system, then getting it approved and posted on time. You will be trained on the system and become our in-house expert on it. What you will do Account management - Own the posting calendar for all our accounts on YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Instagram and TikTok - Schedule and publish approved content, with no missed posts on any account - Reply to comments and messages, and flag anything sensitive - Track performance and report monthly on what is working and what to change - Manage freelance clippers or helpers when needed Videography - Shoot podcasts, interviews, talking-head videos, events and B-roll - Set up multi-camera angles, lighting and audio, framing every shot with vertical (9:16) crops in mind - Upload and back up all footage the same day Photography - Shoot portraits and headshots, events, behind-the-scenes, properties and projects - Capture stills for thumbnails, social posts and company materials - Edit and retouch photos to a consistent, professional standard Editing with AI - Use our AI editing system to turn raw footage into long-form episodes, short-form clips, captions and thumbnails. Not much technical skills are required in software, since most of the editing will be done using AI systems that we've developed in-house - Review and refine every output: cut, audio, colour, captions, subtitles and on-screen text - Run every piece through our quality and compliance checks before it goes for approval - Improve the system's templates and settings over time so quality keeps risingWhat you bring Must have - 3+ years of professional videography experience, with photography skills - A portfolio showing video (long-form and short-form) and some photography - Experience with multi-camera podcast, interview or talking-head shoots - Knowledge in editing requirements - Comfort with AI tools in an editing workflow, or a strong appetite to learn them fast - Hands-on experience managing brand or creator accounts on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, including scheduling and analytics - Very organised, with sharp attention to detail and a habit of hitting deadlines - Fluent English, written and spoken. Arabic is a big advantage. - Based in Dubai and able to work on-site Nice to have - Arabic, written and spoken (a strong advantage, as several of our accounts publish in Arabic) - Experience with AI editing tools such as Descript, Opus Clip, CapCut or similar - Experience shooting real estate, business or finance content - Your own camera, audio and lighting kit - UAE driving licence What we offer - Monthly salary of AED 7,750 - Company-sponsored UAE residence visa - Annual leave and end-of-service gratuity in line with UAE Labour Law - Training on a purpose-built AI editing system - Direct access to the founders and real ownership of a growing content operation - A stable, full-time, in-house role in Dubai How to apply Apply through Indeed with: 1.
