Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (from office only) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can turn scripts, raw footage, story boards, graphics, and voiceovers into engaging, professional videos. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on corporate videos, e-learning content, explainer videos, training videos, and both long & short-form content . Apart from video editing, the candidate should be comfortable using Canva and AI-based creative tools to speed up production and improve the quality of outputs. Key Responsibilities Create engaging corporate, training, e-learning, explainer videos . Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, music, sound effects, subtitles, and basic visual effects. Edit raw footage, voiceovers, graphics, screen recordings, and other assets into polished videos Create graphics, layouts, thumbnails, presentations, and simple video assets using Canva . Use AI tools for video, image, voice, subtitle, background removal, animation, or other creative production tasks . Work closely with instructional designers, graphic designers, animators, and project managers. Make revisions based on internal and client feedback. Ensure consistency in branding, visual style, audio quality, and overall production quality. Manage multiple projects and deliver videos within agreed timelines. Optimize and export videos in different resolutions, aspect ratios, and file sizes as required. Skills Required Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional video editing software. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects will be an advantage. Good working knowledge of Canva , including graphics and video creation. Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Canva AI, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Googleflow, HeyGen, Synthesia or similar tools . Understanding of video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, codecs, and compression. Good sense of visual composition, typography, pacing, transitions, and storytelling . Ability to work with voiceovers, background music, and sound effects. Ability to understand a brief and convert it into an engaging visual output. Strong attention to detail and ability to incorporate feedback accurately. Preferred Profile 1–3 years of experience in video editing, multimedia production, digital content, e-learning, or a related field. A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video work is required. Experience working on corporate or e-learning videos would be preferred. Candidates who actively experiment with new AI-based video and creative tools will have an advantage. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is not just a software operator, but has a good creative eye and can suggest better ways of presenting content visually. The person should be comfortable learning new tools, particularly AI-enabled creative tools , and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Language: English and Hindi (Required) Work Location: In person
