This role oversees sales forecasting, quotas, incentive programs, and process improvements to drive business growth and operational efficiency. The VP for Sales builds strong customer and principal relationships, closes strategic opportunities, and ensures profitability across quotations, proposals, inventory, accounts receivable, and departmental financial performance. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer , this leader will collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction while motivating and developing the sales team. Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and manage sales processes with high quality and consistency. - Administer and report on sales forecasts, integrating with company planning processes. - Develop and drive standards for quotas and incentive plans to enable a high‑performing team. - Identify opportunities for sales process improvement and prioritize initiatives. - Manage key customer relationships and close strategic opportunities. - Lead the sales operations team to achieve departmental and individual goals. - Review profitability of quotations and proposals; manage departmental P&L, inventory, and receivables. - Collaborate with other departments to meet customer requirements and expectations. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree; Master’s in a business‑related field is an advantage. - Extensive experience in sales leadership. - Strong background in the food service and hospitality industry. - Excellent knowledge of project management. - In‑depth knowledge of sales strategies, methods, and employee motivation techniques. - Strong working knowledge of kitchen and laundry equipment for QSRs, hotels, casinos, and resorts. - Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. - Strong strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking abilities. - High proficiency in numbers and financial analysis. - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 3x/year) and domestically (monthly).
