Position Overview The Vice President of Regional Operations is responsible for the overall operational strategy, business execution, operational efficiency, resource allocation and operational performance management of a specific region of the enterprise. This position is mainly responsible for implementing the group or headquarters' operational strategies into the regional market, coordinating regional daily operations, business execution, process optimization, cost management, customer service and organizational building, and coordinating resources and information between the headquarters and regional teams to provide operational support for the continued growth of regional business. 2. Main responsibilities 1. Regional operation strategy Develop regional mid- to long-term operational strategies and annual operational plans. Translate group and headquarters operational strategies into regional execution plans. Establish regional operational goals, standards and management mechanisms. Continuously adjust regional operation strategies according to market changes. 2. Regional business operations Comprehensive supervision of daily business operations in the region. Ensure that all business units in the region execute according to the business plan. Monitor regional revenue, profits, efficiency and operational metrics. Identify and resolve critical issues in regional operations in a timely manner. 3. Operational efficiency and process optimization Optimize regional business processes and operation management systems. Promote process standardization, institutionalization and digitization. Reduce operating costs and improve resource utilization. Promote the replication and promotion of regional operational best practices. 4. Resource and cost management Responsible for the allocation of regional personnel, funds, equipment and other resources. Develop and monitor regional operating budget. Optimize operating costs and resource usage efficiency. Adjust regional resource investment based on business development dynamics. 5. Regional performance management Establish a regional operational performance indicator system. Regularly analyze regional business and operational data. Monitor country, business unit and operational team performance. Promote rectification and continuous improvement of low-performing businesses. 6. Customer and Service Operations Oversee regional customer service and service operations systems. Improve customer satisfaction, service quality and customer retention. Coordinate and resolve major customer and service issues. Drive customer needs into operational and service improvements. 7. Cross-department coordination Coordinate sales, business development, marketing, finance, product and technology teams. Provide operational support for regional business growth. Resolve cross-department resource conflicts and implementation issues. Establish an efficient regional cross-departmental collaboration mechanism. 8. Headquarters and regional coordination Responsible for the implementation of the headquarters' operation strategy in the region. Regularly report regional operational performance to the headquarters. Feedback regional market needs and operational issues to the headquarters. Coordinate headquarters resources to support regional key projects. 9. Risk and Compliance Management Establish a regional operational risk management mechanism. Monitor regional operations for compliance with corporate policies and local regulations. Manage significant operational, supply chain, customer and commercial risks. Establish operational risk warning and emergency response mechanisms. 10. Digitalization and operational transformation Promote the digitization and automation of regional operations. Establish an operational data platform and real-time performance monitoring system. Promote the application of CRM, ERP and operation management tools. Use data analysis to improve the efficiency of regional operation decision-making. 11. Regional organization and talent management Establish a regional operational organizational structure and job system. Recruit, develop and manage regional operations management staff. Establish operation team performance and talent development mechanisms. Cultivate regional operations and national management talents. 12. Top management support Report regional operations to the CEO, COO, President or Head of Global Operations. Provide regional management, operational efficiency and risk analysis. Participate in regional market expansion and major operational project decisions. Provide regional-level advice on corporate global operations strategies. 3. Job requirements Bachelor degree or above in business administration, operations management, finance, economics, engineering, supply chain or related majors. Have extensive experience in operations management, regional management or business operations. Have experience in cross-country, cross-regional or large-scale regional operations management. Familiar with business operations, process optimization, cost management and performance management. Experience in budget, resource and operational performance management. Those familiar with customer service, supply chain or business operations will be preferred. Experience in digital operations and process automation. Possess risk management and compliance management capabilities. Experience in cross-cultural team management and headquarters regional coordination. Possess excellent strategic execution, problem solving and business judgment skills. Experience leading senior management teams. MBA, operations management, supply chain management or related master's degree preferred.
