Jerome & Horner is a specialized engineering and design-build firm serving confectionery and food manufacturers. We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader who enjoys complex plant projects, building client relationships and developing a high-performing small team. This is a hands-on leadership role with the potential to grow into general management and long-term value participation.

You will lead project delivery, project financial performance, estimating and proposals, client development, team coordination, and the operating systems that support profitable growth. You will work directly with the owner and have meaningful influence over the company’s future.

We seek 10+ years of relevant engineering/construction leadership, experience in process- intensive manufacturing, strong project P&L and commercial skills, and willingness to travel approximately 40–60%. Midwest location preferred. Compensation: anticipated base $160,000–$200,000 depending on experience, plus performance incentive; long-term incentives to be discussed.
