The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing large-scale business operations, driving operational excellence initiatives, and leading high-performing teams. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee the development and execution of strategic plans, optimize processes, and ensure operational efficiency across all departments. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainable growth. Responsibilities - Lead the formulation and implementation of operational strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring scalable growth and efficiency. - Oversee business development management efforts to identify new opportunities, expand market presence, and enhance revenue streams. - Drive operational excellence initiatives through process improvement, change management, and data-driven decision making to maximize productivity and reduce costs. - Manage large-scale organizational change projects by coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with executive stakeholders. - Develop and monitor budgets at an executive level, including forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and financial management to ensure fiscal responsibility. - Supervise senior leadership across departments to foster a collaborative environment focused on achieving strategic objectives. - Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery of initiatives that support organizational growth and operational efficiency. - Conduct operational analysis to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and implement best practices across business operations. Requirements - Proven experience in operational management with a strong emphasis on operational excellence initiatives and process improvement. - Proficiency in Salesforce is a must - Demonstrated success in business development management and strategic planning within a complex organizational environment. - Extensive background in budget management, forecasting, financial management, and profit and loss analysis at an executive level. - Strong leadership skills with supervising experience in managing large teams and fostering high-performance cultures. - Expertise in change management strategies and large-scale organizational change projects. - Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives, stakeholders, and team members at all levels. - Proficiency in data-driven decision making, program management, and operational analysis tools. - A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.
