In this executive-level role, you will be responsible for defining the overarching operations strategy, improving operational efficiency, and scaling a high-performing operations organization. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee day-to-day business operations, strengthen process consistency, and foster effective collaboration across departments. This role demands a seasoned executive capable of transforming operational performance into long-term organizational growth. Responsibilities - Strategic Vision: Formulate and execute a comprehensive operations strategy focused on improving organizational efficiency, optimizing resources, and supporting sustainable business growth. - Executive Leadership: Direct, mentor, and scale cross-functional operations, business process, and administrative teams to cultivate a high-performance, accountability-driven culture. - Operational Performance: Oversee organizational workflows, performance metrics, process improvement initiatives, and service delivery standards to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness. - Resource & Budget Management: Manage departmental budgets, workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational expenditures while ensuring effective use of organizational resources. - C-Suite Collaboration: Partner closely with the CEO, Finance, Sales, Technology, and other functional executives to align operational priorities with corporate objectives and ensure coordinated execution across the organization. - Process Governance & Risk Management: Establish operational policies, strengthen internal procedures, oversee business continuity planning, and identify operational risks while implementing data-driven solutions to improve business performance. Requirements & Qualifications - Experience: Minimum of 20+ years of progressive corporate experience in operations management, business administration, process improvement, or organizational leadership, with at least 10 years in a dedicated executive leadership role (VP or C-suite). - Industry Track Record: Proven history of leading large-scale operational functions, improving organizational productivity, managing complex business processes, and supporting sustained business growth through effective operational strategy and execution. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field required. An MBA or advanced management degree is highly preferred. - Operational Acumen: Deep expertise in operational planning, process optimization, performance measurement, resource management, budget oversight, and core business metrics, including operating costs, productivity, service quality, and process efficiency. - Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities tailored for influencing board members, C-suite executives, department leaders, employees, and key business stakeholders.
