About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President for Operations to join the senior leadership team of FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS in Metro Manila. This is a full-time executive position offering an opportunity to lead and oversee the organisation's overall operations, driving efficiency, profitability, and operational excellence across all brands, venues, and departments. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer , the Vice President for Operations will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, implementing strategic initiatives, strengthening operational standards, and maintaining the highest levels of service and performance throughout the organisation. This role is pivotal to the company's continued growth, operational sustainability, and long-term success in the highly competitive restaurant and hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the company's objectives and long-term growth plans. - Lead and oversee overall restaurant operations, ensuring consistent execution of company standards and exceptional guest experiences. - Monitor financial performance, operating costs, budgets, and profitability across all operations, identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue improvement. - Establish, implement, and maintain operational policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with company guidelines and applicable industry requirements. - Lead, mentor, and develop operations managers and other key leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. - Oversee quality assurance programs and guest satisfaction initiatives, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions when necessary. - Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, inventory systems, and supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. - Conduct regular operational audits, performance reviews, and business reviews to identify gaps, address concerns, and implement best practices. - Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective execution of strategic business initiatives. - Analyse operational data, financial reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support informed decision-making and achieve performance targets. - Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and business expansion across the company's restaurant portfolio. - Ensure that all branches and operating units consistently comply with company standards, food safety requirements, health and safety regulations, and other applicable policies and regulations. Qualifications and Experience - Minimum of 10 years of progressive operational experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry, with at least 5 years in a senior operations or management position . - Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-unit restaurant operations involving multiple departments and teams. - Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable operational plans. - Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, profitability analysis, and performance management. - Excellent leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to develop, motivate, and retain high-performing teams. - In-depth knowledge of restaurant and hospitality operations, industry standards, and compliance requirements. - Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills with a results-oriented approach. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees, management, business partners, and senior executives. - Proven experience in process improvement, operational restructuring, and efficiency initiatives. - Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management , or a related field is preferred. - Proficiency in operational management systems, business analytics tools, and other relevant software.
