Duties - Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing operational excellence initiatives and process improvements. - Lead large-scale organizational change management projects to enhance efficiency, agility, and scalability across all departments. - Oversee business development management activities to identify new market opportunities, expand client relationships, and increase revenue streams. - Manage business operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial management, profit and loss analysis, and operational analysis to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainable growth. - Drive strategic management efforts by collaborating with executive leadership on long-term planning, data-driven decision making, and performance metrics. - Supervise senior leadership teams across various functions; foster a high-performance culture through effective management, coaching, and leadership development. - Implement project management frameworks to ensure timely delivery of initiatives while maintaining quality standards; monitor progress through operational analysis tools. - Coordinate large-scale organizational change management efforts by guiding teams through transitions with clear communication and stakeholder engagement. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiencies throughout the organization. - Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders via verbal communication skills to present insights, strategic plans, and operational updates clearly and confidently. Experience - Proven experience in executive leadership roles overseeing business operations at a senior level within complex organizations. - Extensive background in operational excellence initiatives, process improvement methodologies (such as Lean or Six Sigma), and change management strategies. - Demonstrated success in business development management with a track record of expanding markets or client portfolios. - Strong financial acumen including budget management, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and operational financial oversight. - Experience managing large teams with supervisory responsibilities; capable of leading diverse groups toward common objectives. - Skilled in data-driven decision making with proficiency in analyzing operational metrics to inform strategic actions. - Excellent verbal communication skills tailored for engaging with C-suite executives and other senior leaders effectively. - Familiarity with program management principles to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining alignment with organizational goals. - Ability to lead large-scale organizational change initiatives that impact multiple departments or divisions successfully.
