# Vice President, New Logo Growth – Digital & Technology Services **ContactPoint 360** · Bengaluru, Karnataka · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role ContactPoint360 is changing. For years, we have built a global business around customer experience and business process outsourcing. That business matters. But it is not where our ambition ends. We intend to become a broader technology and business services company — spanning AI, automation, data, managed services, digital operations, applications and eventually consulting. The companies we respect in this space — TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCLTech and others — were not built by remaining inside the boundaries of the category they started in. Neither will we. We are looking for a commercial leader who can help us break into the next one. The Mandate Your job is not to manage what already exists. Your job is to create what does not. New clients. New markets. New revenue. New relationships. New opportunities that did not exist before you arrived. This is a pure new-logo growth role. We are looking for someone who can walk into a market where ContactPoint360 may not yet be known, earn the attention of senior executives, understand their most important problems and create a path to a multimillion-dollar relationship. You will sell across: - AI & Automation - Data & Analytics - CX Technology - Managed IT Services - Application Services - Cloud - Digital Operations - Business Process Outsourcing But the real product is not any one of those things. The real product is our ability to solve difficult enterprise problems by combining technology, operations, AI and people . We Are Not Hiring an Account Manager If your career has been built around inheriting large accounts, this is probably not the role for you. If you need a household-name brand to get a meeting, this is probably not the role for you. If your sales strategy begins with waiting for procurement to issue an RFP, this is definitely not the role for you. We want someone who creates markets before procurement catches up. Someone who can call a CIO, CTO or COO and have a conversation worth having. Someone who understands where enterprise technology budgets are moving. Someone who knows the difference between activity and progress. And someone who can turn a relationship into revenue. What Winning Looks Like We will measure you on outcomes. Not presentations. Not meetings. Not CRM activity. Not the number of conferences attended. New logos won. Revenue created. Pipeline built. Large contracts signed. You should have a history of personally creating enterprise opportunities and personally helping close multimillion-dollar transactions. We are especially interested in people who have sold within or competed against organizations such as: - TCS - HCLTech - Infosys - Wipro - Cognizant - Accenture - Tech Mahindra - Capgemini - NTT DATA - Genpact We want someone who understands how these firms penetrate large enterprises, expand across buying centers and turn one engagement into a strategic relationship. But we also want someone who understands their weakness. Large companies become slow. They become complicated. They become comfortable. We intend to be none of those things. Who You Will Sell To You should be comfortable building relationships with: - CIOs - CTOs - COOs - Chief Digital Officers - Chief Customer Officers - Shared Services Leaders - Transformation Leaders - Procurement Executives And you should understand how to connect a technology problem to a business outcome. We are particularly interested in growth across: - Utilities - Healthcare - Telecom - Financial Services - Retail - Home Services - Technology The Profile We are looking for someone with substantial enterprise technology-services sales experience and a visible history of hunting. - You should have personally won new enterprise logos. - You should have personally created large pipelines. - You should have personally closed complex services contracts. - You should understand deals ranging from several million dollars to significantly larger multi-year relationships. - You should be able to sell across multiple service lines. - And you should be comfortable operating in an environment where the answer to: - “Do we already have a perfect playbook for this?” - may sometimes be: “No. Build one.” What You Are Joining You are not joining a mature technology-services company. That is precisely the point. You are joining a company with a global delivery infrastructure, enterprise customers, thousands of employees and an established operations business — at the moment it begins building its next chapter. We will build some capabilities. We will partner for others. We may acquire others. And we will keep moving. The destination is not to become another BPO company with a few technology services attached to it. The destination is to become a serious global technology and business services company. That transformation will take years. The person who joins us now will help determine what it becomes. One Requirement Above Everything Else We want builders. - People who are uncomfortable protecting the status quo. - People who would rather create something important than maintain something safe. - People who believe a smaller company with enough talent, speed and conviction can take business away from companies many times its size. - Because that is exactly what we intend to do. If you want to inherit a territory, there are easier jobs. If you want to help build the next version of a company, we should talk.
