Vice President of Marketing

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning, expand our customer reach, and drive business growth. In this role, you will oversee marketing initiatives, evaluate campaign performance, manage budgets, and foster team development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, advertising, and content development.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

Lead efforts related to customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance, and resource allocation.

Establish performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with sales, product, and business teams to drive growth initiatives.

Lead and mentor the marketing team to enhance execution and overall performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

20+ years of relevant marketing experience.

10+ years of experience in a marketing management or leadership role.

Proficiency in digital marketing, brand management, and market research.

Proven experience in budget management, strategic planning, and performance analysis.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
