Vice President of IT

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of IT to lead technology strategy and execution for a fast growing, multi unit restaurant organization. This is a key leadership role for someone who understands the pace and complexity of QSR operations and can build technology infrastructure that supports continued growth.

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of IT leadership, restaurant technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and innovation. You should be comfortable working at both the strategic and operational level, partnering with executive leadership while ensuring restaurant teams have reliable systems that work every day.

What You Will Do

• Lead the overall IT strategy and roadmap in support of rapid business growth
• Oversee technology infrastructure, systems, applications, networks, cybersecurity, and IT operations
• Support and optimize restaurant technology, including Toast and Restaurant365 (R365)
• Evaluate and implement new technology that improves restaurant operations, efficiency, reporting, and guest experience
• Build scalable IT systems and processes that can support continued unit growth
• Strengthen network security, cybersecurity practices, access controls, and data protection
• Partner closely with operations, finance, development, and executive leadership to identify technology needs and priorities
• Manage technology vendors, partners, budgets, and implementation projects
• Lead system integrations and technology rollouts across multiple restaurant locations
• Establish IT standards, policies, procedures, and controls as the organization continues to scale
• Lead and develop internal IT resources and external technology partners

What We Are Looking For

• Significant IT leadership experience within QSR, fast casual, restaurant, hospitality, or another highly distributed multi location environment
• Proven experience supporting a fast growing organization or large scale expansion
• Strong hands on knowledge of Toast and Restaurant365 (R365)
• Experience with restaurant technology ecosystems, POS systems, back office systems, integrations, and multi location infrastructure
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and cybersecurity
• Demonstrated ability to introduce new technology while maintaining reliable and secure core systems
• Experience managing technology vendors, implementations, budgets, and cross functional initiatives
• Strong business judgment and the ability to translate technology into measurable operational value
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Pay: $175,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
