We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Vice President of Global Operations to lead international operational initiatives, strengthen business processes, and support the company's long-term growth strategy. This executive will work closely with senior leadership to oversee global business functions, improve operational performance, and ensure effective coordination across regional teams and business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global operations strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee international business operations and ensure consistency across regional functions.
• Establish operational standards, procedures, and performance metrics to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, optimize resources, and reduce operational inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support international market expansion and business development.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute global operational initiatives and strategic projects.
• Monitor regional performance indicators and implement continuous improvement programs.
• Develop scalable operating models to support business growth and organizational expansion.
• Manage relationships with international business partners, vendors, and service providers.
• Identify operational challenges and establish effective solutions to maintain business continuity.
• Provide executive reports on global performance, operational priorities, and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in global operations, international business management, or executive leadership.
• Demonstrated success managing complex operations across multiple regions or business units.
• Strong understanding of international business processes, operational planning, and organizational development.
• Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience implementing operational improvements and scalable business processes.
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make effective decisions in a dynamic business environment.

Pay: $168,000.00 - $217,000.00 per year
