Vice President of Food and Beverage

Position Summary: As the Vice President of Food and Beverage at Shreem Capital, you will play a vital leadership role in delivering a unique and memorable dining experience that reflects the spirit of the local neighborhood. You will oversee all F&B operations including the hotel’s signature restaurant KLEO, Café La Serie bistro, and banquet/event spaces. This role combines operational excellence with creative hospitality to drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bistro, and banquet departments to ensure service excellence and consistency with brand and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop F&B supervisors, servers, bartenders, banquet captains, and support staff across all outlets.
• Ensure that each outlet delivers a guest experience that embodies the unique, neighborhood-inspired vibe.
• Partner with Sales, Culinary, and Events teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of meetings, weddings, and other banquet functions.
• Manage labor and operating costs through smart scheduling, forecasting, and inventory control to meet departmental financial goals.
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback via surveys, online reviews, and direct interaction; take proactive steps to enhance service quality.
• Participate in developing creative F&B promotions, menu enhancements, and local partnerships to drive revenue and community engagement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in a full-service hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Previous IHG, Marriott, Hilton experience or familiarity with the brand standards is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of restaurant, bar, and banquet operations, including BEO management and event execution.
• Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, guest-centric approach to hospitality.
• Excellent communication, team development, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in POS and hospitality systems (e.g., Opera, MICROS, etc.).
• ServSafe and TIPS certification (or equivalent) preferred.
• Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
