This executive role is responsible for managing financial systems, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and guiding the finance team to support the organization’s growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep expertise in financial management, and a comprehensive understanding of accounting systems and financial operations. Responsibilities - Lead and manage the overall financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. - Oversee and optimize accounting systems to ensure efficient and accurate financial processes. - Supervise and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance environment focused on continuous improvement. - Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. - Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with organizational goals. - Implement best practices for financial management, risk mitigation, and internal controls. - Provide strategic insights based on financial data to support executive decision-making. - Monitor key financial metrics and develop action plans to address areas of concern or opportunity. Requirements - Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably as a Vice President or equivalent position. - Extensive knowledge of accounting systems and financial operations management. - Strong background in financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory standards. - Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a diverse finance team. - Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail. - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
