Vice President of Corporate Strategy

Overview

As Vice President of Corporate Strategy, you’ll shape strategic priorities and turn them into clear, coordinated action. You’ll partner with executive leadership and senior leaders to assess opportunities, guide business management decisions, and align resources with organizational goals. Your impact will come from combining data-driven decision making with strong leadership and practical operational insight.

Duties

• Lead strategic planning and strategic management, translating business priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Build cross-functional collaboration across operations, finance, and business development to advance key initiatives.
• Oversee project management, process improvement, and operational management to strengthen execution and business performance.
• Guide financial management, budgeting, and executive-level budget management; communicate recommendations clearly to executives.
• Lead executive-level teams, support team development, and use negotiation and business management skills to resolve priorities and move work forward.
• Your impact: By connecting strategy with disciplined execution, you help teams focus resources on priorities that benefit the organization and its stakeholders.

Experience

• Demonstrated leadership, management, and team leadership experience, including executive-level team management and partnership with senior leadership.
• Experience in strategic planning, business development, operations management, and process improvement.
• Strong project management and financial management capabilities, including budgeting and executive-level budget management.
• Skilled in data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and verbal communication with executives.
• Ability to guide teams, develop talent, negotiate effectively, and manage complex business priorities.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
