Working closely with executive leadership, finance, sales, HR, and technology, you will turn business goals into operating plans, build consistent processes, and develop leaders who can support national growth.

What You Will Do

Lead national operations strategy, set performance targets, and hold regional and functional leaders accountable for results. Oversee warehousing, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, returns, fleet coordination, transportation, and routing across multiple locations. Improve field service delivery through better dispatching, scheduling, technician productivity, service quality, and customer issue resolution. Manage operating budgets, expenses, labor productivity, capital planning, and margin improvement. Partner with finance on forecasts and branch profitability. Coach and develop operations leaders, strengthen succession plans, and partner with HR on hiring, training, retention, and workforce planning. Lead safety programs, audits, incident prevention, regulatory compliance, business continuity, and protection of company assets. Partner with procurement, sales, and account management to improve product availability, vendor performance, customer retention, and contract execution. Standardize procedures and improve operational systems, dashboards, and reporting with technology leaders. Lead change for new systems, locations, acquisitions, and integrations. Track delivery performance, inventory accuracy, service response, first-time fix rates, customer satisfaction, safety, productivity, and employee retention to guide improvements.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, supply chain, logistics, engineering, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. At least 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience, including significant responsibility for multiple locations, regional operations, or national operations. Experience in distribution, logistics, field service, branch operations, supply chain, manufacturing support, industrial services, facilities services, or a related service-intensive environment. A record of improving safety, service quality, labor productivity, inventory accuracy, cost control, and profitability. Strong financial skills, including operating budgets, profit and loss performance, capital expenditures, forecasting, and performance metrics. Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams through multiple levels of management and developing accountable leaders. Experience implementing or improving operational systems, dashboards, standard procedures, and continuous improvement programs. Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to lead change while working effectively with executives, employees, customers, and vendors.
