Vice President, Production Services Application Support

Lead global application support for critical financial platforms, ensuring stability, availability, and resilience across trading, custody, and data environments. Own incident, problem, and change management for production systems, driving effective resolution and continuous reliability improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production support processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Drive root-cause analysis and remediation to prevent recurrence.
• Partner with development, infrastructure, and risk teams to strengthen platform reliability.
• Implement automation, monitoring, and operational controls to improve service quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and client service commitments in a highly governed environment.
• Guide and manage a global support team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong leadership experience in production application support for complex financial systems.
• Expertise in ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change management.
• Proven ability to perform deep root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Solid understanding of monitoring, automation, and reliability engineering practices.
• Knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements and service-level expectations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership skills.
