Venue Monitor
The Monitor /Security is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, employees, and company assets at Boo Boo Laand. The role supports daily security operations by monitoring the venue, responding to incidents, enforcing company policies, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring the safety of all visitors. Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor all assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and company property. Conduct routine patrols of the venue and report any safety or security concerns. Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points. Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, accidents, and guest concerns. Assist with crowd management during peak hours, events, and special activities. Enforce company policies, venue rules, and health and safety procedures. Prepare accurate incident reports and notify the Security Team Leader or Manager of any concerns. Provide assistance and directions to guests in a courteous and professional manner. Coordinate with other departments to maintain a safe operating environment. Participate in emergency evacuations, drills, and other safety procedures. Report maintenance issues, hazards, and unsafe conditions immediately. Actively participate in all required internal and external training. Always be well-groomed and maintain a professional appearance. Educational Qualification and Experience: Secondary/High School qualification. Previous experience in security, hospitality, retail, family entertainment, or customer service is preferred. Valid security license or certification, where required by local regulations. Basic knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and customer service. First Aid certification is an advantage. Good communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
