We’re looking for an experienced venue manager who can get us noticed online and turn that attention into booked events. You’ll have real ownership over how the venue grows, and your earnings grow with it. What you’ll do - Own our Instagram and LinkedIn: content, posting, engagement, and growing our following - Plan and run paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) that drive inquiries and bookings - Respond to inquiries, give tours, and close events - Manage events on site when you choose to work them: client point of contact, vendor coordination, setup and teardown - Build relationships with planners, caterers, and local businesses to bring in referrals What you bring - Previous venue management experience (required) - A track record growing a brand on social media - Hands-on experience running paid social ads - Sales instincts. You’re comfortable on a tour and know how to close. - Calm and organized when things go sideways on event day - Must live in Seattle so you’re close to the venue Pay This is a 1099 independent contractor role paid on commission. You earn 15% of event sales for every event you bring in or work. Set your own schedule. The more you book, the more you earn.
