Right now, we’re looking for a Venue Manager to take the wheel at iPlay Tenpin City Lidcombe someone with energy, ideas, and a drive to lead their team to legendary status. The Role As Venue Manager, you’ll be the face and force behind daily operations leading your team, delighting guests, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll create an environment where energy is high, service is exceptional, and fun is guaranteed. What You’ll Do - Oversee all aspects of venue operations - Lead, train, and inspire your team to perform at their best - Deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences - Manage staff rosters, inventory, and performance - Take ownership of reporting, budgets, and stock controls including ordering supplies and monitoring venue costs - Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met - Collaborate with senior management to meet business goals About You You are FUN, energetic, and ready to lead from the front!
