Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for RegulatoryOne implementations and enhancements. - Design and develop solution architectures that integrate RegulatoryOne with existing enterprise systems, including Salesforce, Pegasystems, and other core platforms. - Lead system analysis efforts to identify gaps, define workflows, and recommend improvements aligned with business goals. - Support software development and implementation activities by creating detailed specifications, performing system configuration, and conducting testing. - Facilitate system integration using APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), RESTful web services, and other middleware solutions to ensure data consistency across platforms. - Conduct requirements analysis and participate in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. - Provide ongoing technical troubleshooting support for system issues related to Veeva Vault, database systems such as SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL databases, and cloud security protocols. Skills - Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA), solution architecture, and systems engineering principles. - Proficiency in ETL processes, database management (SQL, T-SQL), scripting languages (Python, Shell Scripting), and version control tools like Git. - Experience with enterprise solutions implementation involving application development, configuration management, systems integration, and cloud infrastructure (VMware, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of IT infrastructure components including operating systems (Windows, Linux), network protocols (DNS, DHCP), firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, and system hardening practices. - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM platform, Pegasystems BPM software, DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools. - Expertise in software development methodologies such as SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and microservices architecture. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly across diverse teams through cross-functional communication skills. - Strong background in computer science fundamentals including OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), JavaScript frameworks like React Express or CSS for web interfaces. - Knowledge of information security best practices including vulnerability assessment, threat intelligence, system hardening, and vulnerability management.
