What You’ll Do (Tasks & Metrics) Delight Customers & Stakeholders : Resolve incidents, run end-to-end testing, and maintain design documentation to ensure maximum system reliability and high stakeholder satisfaction. Grow Our Business : Lead production builds, assist in deployments, and achieve zero deployment-related downtime to keep project releases running seamlessly. Improve the Way We Work : Champion Agile practices, optimize DevOps pipelines, and apply best-in-class coding standards to scale system performance and security. What We’re Looking For Tech Stack : Hands-on expertise in .NET Framework 4.7.2, VB.NET or C#.NET, ASP.NET, SQL (Server/PostgreSQL/MySQL), REST APIs, MVC/MVVM, and IIS configuration. Front-End & Tools : Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and XSLT. (Bonus: Experience with DevExpress, .NET Core, NodeJS, Jira, Jenkins, Git, or TFS). Mindset : Strong troubleshooting skills, an analytical mind, and a thrives-under-pressure attitude that aligns with our collaborative energy.
