Handle various kinds of land administrative works such as lease modification, waiver application, rates/stamp duty appeal, land resumption and feasibility studies. Draft tender proposals for the projects of government departments and public organizations. Deliver valuation reports for properties in compliance with HKEX listing rules for IPOs, circulars, announcements and financial reports. Assist the team head in handling daily work. Requirements : Member of HKIS and/or RICS. Degree in Surveying or equivalent. Minimum 5 years' working experience in property valuation and consultancy services. Able to help create business income. Responsible, hardworking and good inter-personal & communication skills. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications.
