Valuation engagements may cover purposes for transaction valuation, financial reporting, tax reporting, fund audit and Singapore court proceedings. Valuation subject may cover various industries including technology, healthcare, education, financial services and fund management, consumer, retail, F&B, construction and manufacturing. Exposure to International Valuation Standards (IVS) from a practitioner standpoint Support valuation analysis including financial statement analysis, DCF construction, comparable company analysis, comparable transaction analysis and financial forecast analysis Support middle office operations where needed Be involved with fund compliance and liaison with fund stakeholders Requirements Bachelor's degree from a reputable university Good team player and excellent working attitude Basic knowledge of valuation methodologies including DCF, market multiple approach and option pricing Proficient in excel and powerpoint Proficient in valuation report drafting and command of business english and writing Proficent in executing task independently and conducting desktop research and data analysis Passionate in valuing assets and convincing target audience your valuation conclusion is reasonable and defensible Articulate and good presentations skills Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and liaising with stakeholders including business owners, lawyers, fund managers, CFO, auditors and regulators Periodic night calls required for US and EU clients What we offer Competitive salary and bonus Flexible work arrangement and work hours Sponsor CVA or CFA Fast paced learning environment and career progression Exposure to a broad range of valuation applications and industries Good multi-disciplinary exposure to valuation, fund admin and fund management through our affiliate companies Lim & Young Appraisal (Singapore) provides professional and cost effective Valuation Services for the purpose of Fund Annual Audits, Investment Decision Making and other Corporate Functions where financial valuation is a necessity in meeting our clients’ business objectives and complying with regulatory requirements.
