In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent sales skills, and a strong knowledge of the hospitality industry. Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets Develop customized travel itineraries including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation Book travel arrangements through various suppliers and platforms Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client interests Manage booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, promotions, and safety protocols Meet sales goals and grow your business Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly Assist clients with travel documentation requirements such as visas and passports Promote additional services such as travel insurance or tour packages to enhance client experience Requirements Proven experience in sales, customer service, or travel planning preferred Knowledge of hotel operations and the hospitality industry is highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients Ability to organize and manage multiple bookings simultaneously Familiarity with popular travel booking platforms and reservation systems Passion for travel with an understanding of various destinations and cultural nuances Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Hospitality experience or background is a plus but not mandatory This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about creating exceptional travel experiences and enjoy helping others explore the world.
