Understand user needs and business goals to create effective design solutions. Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI/UX. Contribute ideas and improvements that bring value to users and the product. Maintain consistent UX patterns and contribute to the Design System. Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented correctly. Conduct user feedback and usability reviews to continuously improve the product. Create clear documentation for user flows, features, design decisions, and requirements. Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography. Experience working in an agile tech-driven environment. Familiarity with design thinking processes. Expert proficiency with leading design tools (such as Figma). Up to date with recent design standards and trends. Thorough understanding of art production processes for applications. Strong understanding of mobile platforms, particularly iOS and Android. Organized and systematic in approach to tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
