*Position: UX Designer (4–6 Years Experience)* *Location* : Bangalore(On -Site) *Experience* : 4–6 Years *About the Role* * We are seeking a UX Designer who blends creativity with technical skill to design modern, intuitive user experiences for our AI-driven and enterprise platforms. * You’ll play a critical role in shaping the front-end experience of Eastencher’s healthcare, fintech, and enterprise products. * Responsibilities * Design and develop user interfaces with strong emphasis on usability and aesthetics. * Translate wireframes, storyboards, and user flows into interactive designs. * Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design systems. * Conduct user research, usability testing, and collect feedback for iteration. * Implement responsive and accessible designs across devices. * Work with frameworks like React.js / Angular / Flutter Web. *Requirements* * 4 - 6 years of proven experience as a UX Designer. * Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. * Strong front-end coding skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React or Angular). * Understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive principles. * Portfolio showcasing web and mobile UX design projects. *Preferred* * Experience working in SaaS or DeepTech product environments. * Knowledge of AI-powered interface personalization or data visualization. *What We Offer* * Opportunity to design next-gen enterprise interfaces for AI & automation products. * Collaborative, innovation-driven culture. * Competitive compensation and growth path. *Interview Process:* * Round 1: Technical Interview (Face to Face) * Round 2: Technical Deep-Dive * Round 3: TL Round * Round 4: Managerial Round * Round 5:HR Discussion.
