About the team: The team leads critical security initiatives focused on AI security and safety, conducting thorough implementation reviews and setting technical direction. What you'll do: Analyze and scope requirements using risk analysis, traceability matrices, and business objectives to develop long-term software solutions. Design scalable, secure software architectures aligned with customer needs and industry standards. Develop reusable frameworks and detailed module designs to support large-scale, multi-product programs. Drive coding standards and implement minimalistic, optimized code to enhance application security and functionality. Lead test strategy development, execution, and defect management to ensure high-quality, secure software delivery. Oversee DevOps practices, application monitoring, and maintenance to sustain system performance and security. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business problems into effective technology solutions. What you'll bring: Extensive experience in software architecture, solution design, and scalable distributed systems. Proficiency in cybersecurity systems, including Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and application security. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure. Expertise in threat modeling, security controls, and enterprise security frameworks. Ability to analyze and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Knowledge of coding standards, testing methodologies, and defect management processes. Experience with DevOps tools, telemetry, and automation to enhance software quality and security.
