Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Drive outbound B2B sales activities and ensure consistent pipeline generation in the US Market . Coach the sales team through regular call reviews, training sessions, and performance management. Monitor key sales metrics including pipeline, conversion rates, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment. Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers in the US Market . Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and support deal closures. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve sales effectiveness. Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts. Required Experience 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales/Inside Sales/Business Development. Minimum 5 years of experience managing a sales team. Mandatory: Proven experience selling SaaS, Software Products, AI Solutions, or IT Services in the US Market . Strong understanding of outbound sales, enterprise sales, and pipeline management within the US Market . Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Pay: ₹226,667.85 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Whats's your experience with B2B Sales?
