We are looking for experienced US Staffing professionals who are interested in end-to-end recruitment and would also like to gain exposure to Business Development, Client Handling, and Account Management.Position Details: Job Title: US Recruiter / Sr. US Recruiter Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad – Work from Office Shift: US Shift – 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST Experience: 3–5+ Years Industry: US Staffing / Recruitment Role Split: 70% Recruitment + 30% BD / Account Management Exposure Key Requirements: Strong experience in end-to-end US IT & Non-IT recruitment Experience working with Direct Clients / MSP / VMS requirements Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other job boards Good understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and US work authorizations such as H1B, GC, USC, OPT, and CPT Experience with candidate screening, validation, submissions, interview coordination, and offer closures Familiarity with Ceipal or similar ATS tools Willingness to work in US Night Shift Interest in expanding into Business Development / Client-facing activities Growth Opportunity: This role provides an opportunity to gradually expand your career beyond recruitment into Client Handling, Business Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management, while continuing to work closely with the recruitment team.
