Rao Nagar, Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: On-Site Shift: Night Shift About the Role We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with strong sourcing and communication skills to support end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT requirements. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of US staffing and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities - Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels. - Review and screen resumes based on client requirements. - Conduct initial candidate screening and assess skills, experience, and availability. - Understand US IT requirements and identify suitable candidates. - Prepare and submit qualified profiles to clients/vendors. - Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates. - Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers. - Negotiate rates/salary when required and support offer closures. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets. Requirements - 1–4years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing. - Good understanding of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle. - Hands-on experience with sourcing and screening IT candidates. - Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. - Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets. - Comfortable working in a night-shift environment .
